Sonus Levis (Application) does not transmit any personal information to Tatman Games or any third party, nor is any personal information saved by the Application, except as described below. The Application creates and stores locally on your device a list of MP3 files found on the device, application settings that you may modify, and playlists that you create. This data is retained solely for the functionality of the Application and only on the device the application runs and is removed by uninstalling the Application. This data is not shared with Tatman Games or any other entity. If you choose to submit a help desk request, you may be asked to provide information about your device (such as model, operating system version, or other relevant details) which may be transmitted, with your permission, to Tatman Games and stored until the issue is resolved. Once the issue is closed, any information collected will be removed and no longer be retained by Tatman Games.
